Motion Exercise is an award-winning social enterprise that designs and delivers person-centred, engaging and cost-effective exercise sessions to older adults in care homes using live-streaming technology.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ella and Zeezy will be discussing how they were able to take a social problem they are both passionate about tackling: social isolation and inactivity amongst older adults, and develop a social enterprise that does something about it. Ella and Zeezy are now working on Motion full-time after graduation from the University and will speak about how the support within the University and Sheffield helped them to get Motion to where it is
